Private villa in Neyron

In Neyron, France, a modern private villa with swimming-pool featuring an elegant and contemporary style was designed using outdoor and indoor flooring by Atlas Concorde.

A minimal and clean architecture meets the lavish nature of the surrounding environment in a prestigious synthesis. The outdoor and indoor areas of the villa were designed combining the concrete-look porcelain tiles of the Mark series and the wood-look porcelain tiles of the Etic collection by Atlas Concorde. Materials of different natural inspiration merge in the project and give life to varied colour shades and finishing effects. Mark in matt finish and in 60x60 cm size characterises the indoor flooring of the villa, underlining the interior design decoration thanks to a contemporary surface on which the irregular effects of concrete express all the beauty of the natural material. The Etic wood-look porcelain tiles in textured finish and in size 22.5x90 cm was used to cover terrace floors and a marvellous veranda facing a valley. Atlas Concorde collections were also chosen for the flooring of kitchen and bathroom areas thanks to surfaces able to combine aesthetic appeal and the utmost functionality. The wood-look porcelain tiles of the ETIC collection by Atlas Concorde are the protagonists of the outdoor space in LASTRA 20mm version, a product featuring excellent technical properties of resistance, durability and safety. Thanks to a broad range of trim tiles than complete the Atlas Concorde collection, it is also possible to finish details, stairs and swimming-pool edges.

Cultural Atmosphere. The new looks of points of sale
Cultural Atmosphere. The new looks of points of sale
Far from having lost relevance in the retail landscape as a result of the widespread global deployment of omnichannel sales strategies, brick-and-mortar retail has reinforced its role as an essential touchpoint not only for people but also for brands and chains. And it is also thanks to this progressive multiplication of shopping options both on and offline that many retailers have been pushing to redefine their points of sale, seeking innovative solutions and aiming to involve consumers through new, appealing engagement strategies.

A refined material with a mineral heart that blurs the boundaries between indoors and outdoors. This is Atlas Concorde's Boost Mineral collection, inspired by the stone of the Ardennes, which with its fine grain and compact color marked by sediment built up over thousands of years proves to be a tool for contemporary projects, where surfaces take on the role of a continuum, a unifying element capable of ensuring total harmony between the indoors and the outdoors, between home and garden/terrace, between patio and pool.
Testoni showroom: elegance and a style recalling its origins are the common thread of the brand's retail project.

Testoni chose Via del Gesù, between Via Montenapoleone and Via della Spiga, in the heart of Milan’s fashion district, to tell the story of the elegance and extreme beauty of its handcrafted shoes, celebrated worldwide since 1929. In that year Amedeo Testoni founded his first workshop in Bologna, a city where the brand has always had strong roots. Designed by the MAPA studio based in Perugia, a style recalling the brand’s origins in Bologna was one of the focuses for the development of the concept for the Milanese shop.
