By filling out the form under "Don't have an account? Register now" of the "easynow" section, your personal data (first name, last name, email address, phone number, etc.) will be used to allow you to access our "easynow" portal so you can enter your purchases. The provision of data for this purpose is the fulfillment of your request. The legal basis of the processing is Article 6.1.b) of the GDPR. Your data, subject to your consent provided by checking the relevant box, will be used to send you personalized commercial and advertising information having as its object informative messages and commercial and promotional communications relating to the initiatives and products of Ceramiche Atlas Concorde SpA by traditional means (e.g., telephone contacts, post, individual emails etc.) or automated methods (e.g. automated email campaigns, text messages, automated phone calls, instant messaging, social networks, etc.), including through the inclusion of such information in the Data Controller's company CRM in full compliance with the principles of lawfulness and fairness and the provisions of the law. METHODS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be processed manually, electronically and/or online through the use of cookies (as indicated in the cookie policy available on the website) and automated contact methods (e.g., automated email campaigns, text messages, automated phone calls, instant messaging, social networks, etc.), in accordance with the methods set forth in Articles 6, 32 of the GDPR and through the adoption of the appropriate security measures envisaged.

To compare and possibly improve the results of communications, the Data Controller uses systems to send newsletters and promotional communications followed by subsequent reporting.

MINORS

The website is not intended for use by minors, and no data from minors are collected by the Data Controller.
