Prime Minister Mario Draghi visits Atlas Concorde

Prime Minister Mario Draghi, the President of the Emilia-Romagna Region, and representatives of Confindustria Ceramica visited Atlas Concorde's headquarters during an institutional visit to the ceramic tile district

Atlas Concorde had the honor of welcoming Prime Minister Mario Draghi to its headquarters in Spezzano di Fiorano. An initiative promoted by Confindustria Ceramica, with the support of the Emilia-Romagna Region, thanks to which the Italian Prime Minister had the chance to visit the ceramic hub of Sassuolo. Atlas Concorde was chosen by Confindustria Ceramica to represent the entire ceramic tile district, after President Draghi expressed his desire to visit a manufacturer in the sector. It was a welcome recognition for an industrial reality considered an example of excellence and a point of reference for the entire Italian ceramic tile sector.

Luca Mussini, president of the Concorde Group, welcomed the prime minister and the authoritative guests, including the president of the region Stefano Bonaccini, and the president of Confindustria Ceramica Giovanni Savorani. "We are in a place of work, production, and success," said President Draghi. "It is from here that together we must launch a new season of recovery and make it lasting and sustainable." The visit began at Atlas Concorde's production plant: a hyper-industrial operation that recently inaugurated one of the largest fully automated vertical warehouses. The second stop was the company showroom, a large exhibition space where architectural and interior design projects meet Atlas Concorde's surface and wall tile ranges featuring indoor and outdoor collections, large slabs, and porcelain furnishings. The visit concluded in the park of Villa Casino Vicini, where the authorities spoke (ed.: Mussini, Savorani, Bonaccini, and Draghi).

"Italy is alive, strong, and eager to get going again," said President Draghi. We can feel an enthusiasm, a desire to unleash the productive and entrepreneurial energies that is comforting, and the role of the government, in districts like this one for ceramics, is to create an environment that helps companies like yours to produce, innovate, invest, and look to the future. And to do this," concluded the Premier, "we need an Italy united in its desire to start growing again and believe in its future."

Atlas Concorde will preserve the memory and emotion of this special event that has boosted its commitment to continue along the path of excellence, growth, and cooperation with all the companies in the district represented by Confindustria Ceramica.
